2. Precautions for chemical storage tank

(5) for the operation inside the tank, there must be a supervisor outside the tank, and reliable contact measures shall be adopted so that the personnel outside the tank can know the operation situation in time. In case of emergency, effective measures can be taken immediately.
(6) the sealing of manhole on chemical storage tank shall be carried out after the supervisor signs on the operation certificate in the tank.
