1. Rotary drive: the rotary drive shall realize stepless speed regulation and be reversible.
2 within the rotation speed range, the rotation speed shall not fluctuate more than 5% when receiving the maximum load.
3. Tilt drive: the tilt drive shall be stable without shaking under the maximum load, and the whole machine shall not overturn. The maximum load Q shall exceed 25kg, and it shall have the power drive function.
4. It shall be equipped with a limit device to control the tilt angle and an angle indication sign.
5. The tilting mechanism shall have self-locking function, not sliding under the maximum load, safe and reliable.
6 others: the control part of welding positioner shall be provided with linkage interface for automatic welding.
7. The welding positioner shall be equipped with a conductive device to prevent the welding current from passing through the bearing, gear and other transmission parts. The resistance of the conductive device shall not exceed 1 m Ω, and its capacity shall meet the requirements of the welding rated current.
8. Electrical equipment shall comply with relevant provisions of GB / t4064.
9. The structure of the worktable shall be convenient for clamping workpieces or fixtures, and the structure form can also be determined through consultation with the user.
