Maintenance regulations of roller frame components:
1. In order to ensure the use performance of the equipment, all transmission parts shall be lubricated regularly and irregularly. Cycloidal pin gear reducer shall be inspected monthly to supplement lubricating oil.
2. The working principle of roller frame is to use friction to do work. It is forbidden to use all transmission parts without lubrication.
3. Before restarting the long-term sealed roller frame, the lubricating grease must be replaced to avoid damaging the machine.
4. In the use process, the roller contacts the weldment, and it is forbidden to contact the roller with the weld or sharp part, so as to avoid damaging the roller.
5. When lifting and placing the workpiece, it is strictly forbidden to hit the roller vigorously to prevent the roller or other parts from being damaged. When the equipment is not fixed, the strong impact may cause the equipment to overturn.
6. When the roller frame is used for small diameter cylinder, if there is axial movement of the cylinder, the adjusting bolt under the arc plate can be adjusted to adjust the lifting position of the roller (within a certain range), so as to ensure that the operation position of the cylinder is in a proper state.
