1. The self-adjusting welding roller frame shall be installed in a solid, ventilated, rainproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof place, and far away from the places with violent vibration and turbulence. It is strictly prohibited to spray corrosive liquid on the equipment.
2. It is forbidden to spray corrosive liquid on the equipment. When the driving and driven roller frames are installed at the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the driving and driven frames are at the same level, and the center line is on the same straight line. Measure the diagonal of the driving and driven frames for adjustment.
3. Requirements for placing workpieces: the diameter and weight of workpieces shall be strictly in accordance with the design regulations, otherwise safety accidents may occur, and the distance between the main and auxiliary wheels shall be properly adjusted according to the length of the equipment.
4. The rubber wheel is only suitable for working at normal temperature. Under special circumstances, the maximum temperature at the contact between the workpiece and the rubber wheel is not allowed to be higher than 75 degrees, otherwise the rubber wheel may be damaged. .
5. When using, the roller shall fully contact the workpiece, and it is strictly prohibited to contact the weld or sharp parts. Meanwhile, when lifting the workpiece, it is strictly prohibited to hit the roller to prevent damage to the roller or other parts. In the case that the equipment is not fixed, strong impact is likely to cause overturning of the whole machine.
6. Adjust the welding roller frame from low speed to high speed when starting. When changing the steering direction, the motor can only be changed after it stops, otherwise it is easy to burn the motor. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to separate human and machine, and it is strictly prohibited to stand within the rotating radius of the workpiece.
7. In order to ensure the use performance of the equipment, the transmission parts shall be fully lubricated before use, and the equipment shall fill in the daily inspection and maintenance record form. After the whole machine is used for a period of time, it shall be checked regularly and the maintenance record form shall be filled in.
8. The equipment uses three-phase 380V AC power supply. The incoming line of the power supply must pass through the air switch for safe operation. When debugging the equipment, connect the power supply, press the start button, observe the rotation of the driving wheel and whether the speed regulation is normal. If there is any abnormality, immediately cut off the power supply, find out the cause and remove the fault before power on the test machine.
9. Check and remove the obstacles on the equipment before use, and assign special personnel to use and keep it. Do not contact oil or fire with roller frame components (rubber wheel).
